Why are items always showing as “Sold Out”?

Our handmade goat milk soaps are made in small batches, which means that quantities are limited. We also let our bars cure for approximately six weeks, which helps to create a harder, longer-lasting bar. This is why our items may sometimes be sold out. However, we are constantly making new batches of soap and restocking our inventory, so please check back often. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How do I use/care for my soap?

It's important to keep your handmade goat milk soap in a well-draining dish or tray to allow it to dry completely between uses. This will help to extend the life of the bar. Avoid leaving the soap submerged in water for extended periods of time, as this can cause it to become soft and break down more quickly. Additionally, try to avoid exposing the soap to direct streams of water for extended periods, as this can also cause it to break down more quickly. Instead, allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area. By taking these simple steps, you can help ensure that your handmade goat milk soap lasts as long as possible.

What is the stores return policy?

Due to the personal nature of our handmade goat milk soap, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase, so if you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to address them. In the case of a damaged package, we will be happy to replace the item(s) for you. However, we will need you to provide pictures of the damaged product and all of the packaging in order to file a damage claim with the shipping company. Until the claim is processed, you will need to keep all of the packaging and the damaged item(s) in order to receive a replacement. If we do not receive the necessary pictures or if the claim is denied, we will not be able to provide a replacement for the damaged product.

Is the goat milk really from your goats?

At our farm, we take great care in raising, milking, and caring for our goats. The goat milk that we use in our handmade goat milk soap is sourced directly from our own herd of goats. We are committed to providing our goats with the best possible care, and we use only the freshest, highest-quality goat milk in our soap-making process. By using milk from our own goats, we can ensure that our soaps are made with the utmost care and attention to detail. We take pride in the fact that our soaps are made with love, from start to finish.

Do you ship internationally?

How do you ship?

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of the date the order was placed, unless the order was placed on a weekend or holiday. In these cases, the order will be shipped on the next business day. We typically use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for our shipments, and we will provide a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select. If you have any questions about your order or its estimated delivery date, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Can I return my soap if I don’t like the scent?

We understand that choosing the right scent for your handmade goat milk soap can be a personal decision, and we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our handmade soaps and the fact that they are a personal care product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied with the scent of the soap.
